Known as Angel Hands, Zina has more than 15 years of experience in the skin care industry. She recognizes what her clients need, providing peels, non-surgical facelifts, and waxing, in addition to lifestyle advice. Her clients have even received compliments on their skin from strangers, as everyone wants to know who helped them achieve their glowing complexion.
Salon Policies and Etiquette
Please arrive on time to your appointment. This will let you fully enjoy your appointment. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened
to allow the therapist to be on time for his/her next client.
In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered
as a walk-in.
As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your color appointments a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
Cancellations and No-shows
To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Your comfort and well being are very important to us. Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Taking with your therapist will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
Our goal is to provide each client with an excellent, customized service through our expertise and positive atmosphere. With the benefit of our clients and staff in mind, we hold the right to decline services at any time.
Policy on Children
Children are welcome in our salon, but only if they are either receiving our services or are accompanied by a parent. Children are not permitted to join the parent on the salon floor during the parent's hair service for the safety of the child, parent, and salon staff. The parent of any disruptive child will be asked to remove the child from the salon for safety reasons and out of respect for our other clients.
For your enjoyment and for safety children are not allowed unless they have an appointment. Do not leave your child unattended at any time. In respect of our guests and safety of your children we will gladly reschedule your appointment if you must arrive with your child.
Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit. Your support and understanding of our policy regarding children and child safety is greatly appreciated.
Cancellation & Credit Card Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice. In event of a same-day cancellation or no-show appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total service fee. We require 48 hours in advance for cancellation of multiple service or bridal appointments.
You must pay 50% of the services at the time in which you make the appointment. This is a courtesy to our staff members and so that we may also accommodate the needs of other clients.
Share your enjoyable salon experience with your friends and family by participating in our referral program. For each new client you refer to our salon, you will receive $5 off any of our services.
Prices do not include gratuity except for Spa packages and group reservations. In appreciation of the staff’s for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Redeemable for salon services or products only, our gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded. You may not receive cash value for any gift certificates purchase, unless otherwise stated on the certificate.
- Gift Certificates can be purchased in any dollar amount and may be used in the salon or spa for any services.
- Gift Certificates expire 6 MONTHS from date of purchase.
- Certificates are non-refundable if lost or stolen.
- Gift Certificates can not be redeemed for cash, retail products or used for gratuitous purposes.
- Certificate holder must be present at time of service.

All fees for services rendered are expected upon completion of services. We will be more than happy to discuss all charges and fees.Considering that all services are individually priced, please request a total price prior to receiving services. If you should conclude that you are unable to pay for all your services, we will gladly reschedule your appointment. We are so sorry, but we do not accept Checks or gratuity on credit cards. Gratuity must be presented in cash.
Hair, Color & Waxing Services
All hair, color and waxing services are listed at the starting price for that service. The technician you select and condition of your hair will affect the cost of the service. Price will be quoted upon consultation prior to your service.
Trust that we never rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or where required by law (responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims). We do not save your credit card information.
